Shopping and Checkout Questions

How do I shop on this site?
Shopping on our site is easy. Use the shopping cart to order online.
Simply browse the store to find the items you want to purchase. Add items to your cart by entering a desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button. Click the item image to view the product page to learn more about it.
From the product page, select desired amount and click "Add to cart".
When you want to complete the order, go to the "Shopping Cart" page which displays all products with quantities, as well as a subtotal. At the "Shopping Cart" page you can adjust quantities and remove products. When order is ready, click "Checkout" button your cart and follow the simple steps from there.
Navigation:
To browse the site, try clicking or moving your mouse over one of the Categories that interests you in the top horizontal menu on the main page. This will display available sub categories.
Searching:
If you know what you'd like to order, try a product Number or Keyword Search in the search box at the top of the main page. If you cannot find what you are looking for using a Keyword Search, you may want to change the keywords used.
How do I change quantities?
Within the Product page - enter quantities and click the "Add to Cart" button. Within the "Shopping Cart", click the ''check out'' button to review the full order and simply change the quantity using ''+'' and ''-'' buttons located beside the product price. If you ever want to remove a product from your cart, just click the ''garbage icon'' situated on the far right. Once an order is submitted, it goes directly into the system for processing, and it might be too late to edit the order (but all orders may be returned). To double check if order can still be changed, call our Customer Service Department at +1-905-930-7106, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and we will do our best to fulfill your request. Please have your Order Number ready for the customer service representative.
Why does my credit card statement show PAYPAL*AJORNAMENTS?
Church Atelier is a brand owned by AJ Ornaments Inc. All Payments are processed through PayPal checkout system.
What credit cards do you accept?
All major Credit cards are accepted. No transaction fees are charged other than your card provider fees and charges.
I didn't receive an e-mail confirmation of my order, what will I do?
If no confirmation of your order is received, please contact us.
Are there any special savings available when I purchase online?
Subscribe to our e-mail list to receive information about discounts and promotions.
What is the payment method for orders?
Payments are made with a PayPal or credit card. Cheques are not accepted.
Can I ship a single order to multiple addresses?
Currently our site does not support multiple ship-to addresses. Create separate orders for this.
How do you handle orders outside the Canada?
We ship worldwide. At checkout, simply choose your country from the list. How do I cancel an order?

Why are prices on the website different than in your shop on eBay or Amazon?
eBay and Amazon are third party platforms charge extra fees for every sold product. Our prices in these marketplaces are usually higher than in Church Atelier shop due to these additional fees.
What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are dependent on the destination country and are calculated according to total product weight. To view shipping costs for a particular product or whole order - simply add your desired product(s) to the cart and click ''Cart'' button located in the top right corner. You will find full cart information including tax and total shipping cost. Shipping costs will update automatically based on your cart.
